My sister and I shared one of the best shopping experiences of my life at the Collins St store on Valentine's Day. Our welcome from Lochlan really set the tone and he quickly matched us with the wonderful Helen who educated us on the provenance and story behind each of the beautiful pieces she helped us select. Her knowledge and gift of storytelling kept us entertained and engaged and we left to continue on our day very happy with a beautiful bunch of roses each. Thank you to the team for a wonderful day.

I walked past after hours & there was a beautiful wire horse sculpture in the window! What a cool feature of the store; this seasonally changing creative window! ✨ Hopefully I’ll be back next time during business hours and get to experience inside the store as well 🤞😊

I had a wonderful start with my new SA Maya. On the 10th of July I received a txt msg from my former SA, informing me that she is resigning from her position. I felt really sad because she has been enormously helpful and kind to me from day one. The service and the experience has always been amazing. Our relationship stayed consistently sensational in all of my shopping trips at Hermes boutique in Melbourne. I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye because I was out of the country & she’s leaving her job in 2 weeks. However, before she left, she assured me that her lovely colleague Maya will look after me as my new SA to continue my journey with the brand. True enough, Maya is such a lovely person, kind & charming. Despite the initial jitters, I felt the positive vibes the moment we introduced ourselves. She didn’t disappoint me on our first meeting, in fact, I was quite surprised how she made my day extra special & to me it was absolutely amazing. I am really glad that Viki entrusted me to Maya, she was so professional, very patient in helping me choose the right piece, also kind enough to give her honest opinion. Nonetheless, it was an awesome experience, very pleased indeed & with no pressure. (I feel comfortable in growing the relationship with my new SA Maya (as I did with Viki) to continue my journey with my favourite brand).. To anyone who is looking for a great service or assistance at Hermes in Collins, I can highly recommend Maya. I've had consistently excellent experiences at this Hermes boutique, and I wanted to share a perspective that may differ from some of the reviews here. Hermes offers a very traditional, relationship-based approach to its brand, and service is understandably prioritised for established clients and those with appointments. In my experience, when that context is understood, the service is thoughtful, responsive and respectful. My Sales Associate, Tiahna, has been exceptional. She is professional, patient and forward-thinking. I've never felt rushed or dismissed, and communication is clear and courteous. This boutique delivers exactly what I expect from a luxury heritage house: discretion, warmth, and personalised service built over time. For clients who appreciate that philosophy, this is a wonderful place to shop.

★★★★★ I visited Hermès Collins Street yesterday evening quite last minute, and I felt compelled to share how exceptional my experience was, particularly thanks to Tiahna. I understand the commentary around pricing or the perceived exclusivity, but to me, what I’m investing in is the boutique experience and the relationship. I was served by Tiahna, and she was impeccable. While she may have less tenure than some of the more senior SA, she brings genuine passion and authenticity. She presented with poise and class, yet connected with me on a personal level in a way that didn’t feel performative. What stood out most was her excitement for the pieces she was introducing. She spoke about styling with enthusiasm. In a time where luxury service can sometimes feel transactional, her approach was refreshing. To be honest, I had been slightly deterred from Hermès over the years after my previous SA left, and I hadn’t yet found someone who authentically shared that appreciation for the house. Tiahna has reignited my interest in the brand. For me, luxury is about relationships, and Tiahna understands that instinctively. I look forward to continuing my Hermès journey with her.

My wife and I bought a few items here while on holiday. The things that stood out to me were how kind and patient the staff were, and how much stock the store has. Both were very impressive to me and I can tell this is one of the flagship Hermes stores!
